2. Subscription Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard.

3. Refund Eligibility

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your first-time purchase of a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction.
• Renewal Charges: Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed. To avoid unwanted charges, please cancel your subscription prior to your renewal date.
• Digital Products & In-Bio Store Sales: Transactions between creator store owners and their buyers are subject to each individual creator's store policy.
